Laurie Tompkins

Laurie is originally from the Nashville area, and received her Associate of Science in Nursing degree from Belmont University. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt University as well as her Master of Science in Nursing. Laurie is certified as a Menopause Practitioner, and was a clinical instructor for Women’s Health Obstetrics Inpatient and Outpatient Care at Vanderbilt University and the University of Missouri.

Laurie was ranked in the top 10% for the Provider Mid-Level Services Quality of Care Nationally Professional Research Consultants from 2009 – 2013. She has had multiple publications, and been invited to lecture on Menopause at institutions across Tennessee. Laurie joined the Women’s Institute for Sexual Health (WISH) team at the beginning of November 2018.
